Broken Luggage?... Have you ever traveled, by land, sea or air, only to arrive at your destination and your luggage broke open? Yep, when you went to the baggage area to claim your luggage and there...yes, there was your luggage strewed everywhere! And the luggage was broke requiring you to get more. And what kind of luggage discount coupon did you use when purchasing? Was it one of quality? The next question, did you get quality luggage to begin with and did you use a luggage discount to save money? Let's look into this a little further. That's happened to us...our clothes and toiletry items were everywhere. The more expensive items were gone. (Amazing how those things just disappear.) We learned the hard way and perhaps you too. It pays to invest into some quality. We discovered a great place to get that Luggage Discount...why pay retail when you can save? Variety of Luggage... When we travel, and usually it is six of us, we need a variety of luggage. Of course, each of our Kids require their own little piece of luggage, whether it be for the main part of the journey or some day pack for touring. When we arrive at a destination we use our Day Packs for touring purposes. My wife, never forgets to put some extra snacks in her day pack. Somehow the Kids always manage to run out of their ration early on in our touring. The Kids will carry: water, CD-Player, snacks, change of clothes, book and possibly some drawing materials like paper and crayons. If you have Kids, put some of those essentials in their day pack...you'll be glad you did. For us the day pack is a life saver. What the Kids don't bring we will, like the camera, extra water, food and clothes, tour book, map, and first-aid kit. My wife uses her day pack like a purse...just be sure to guard it like a purse too or someone else will get a luggage discount. I like the day pack because it frees up my hands to do many things, like carry a tired kid. Also, my day pack is usually the one that gets filled with the shopping items. (It's funny how no one has room in their day pack except for me.) If you don't have a day pack, I highly recommend you get one. You can get those as a luggage discount too. If we travel by air, we all use them as carry on's. They're great! AS far as the other pieces of luggage, the quality is already there. You will only get quality with your Luggage Discount. The size is a concern. For overseas trips, we get BIG pieces of luggage simply because we take so many gifts with us. We have friends all over the world now so it is imperative that we bring gifts to them from the U.S., hense, the Big Pieces of luggage. Also, on the return trip from overseas, we bring alot of gifts to our friends in the U.S. So, we must have the Big Luggage to accomodate our gift items on the return too. While traveling in the U.S., we travel light, leaving the Big Luggage at home. We always take the day packs and some medium size peices of luggage. Because we use such a variety of luggage, the luggage discount is critical. There's a lot of other places to spend money on too...and not just luggage. Look at these options for luggage...
