Oregon & Washington Nature Walks

If you're bored, for some reason, while living or visiting the Northwest, you can take one of many nature walks.  Along the Oregon Coast, walks are numerous from the many cities and parks along the picturesque coast of Oregon.  While touring the Oregon Coast be on the lookout for nature walks in these area: Astoria, Fort Stevens State Park, Seaside, Cannon Beach, Manzanita, Rockaway Beach, Tillamook, Depoe Bay, Lincoln City, Newport, Yachats, Florence, Waldport, Winchester Bay, Brandon, and Port Orford.  In the central part of Oregon lies Bend, Sisters and Sunriver.  These are spectacular places to enjoy views of the Cascades and broad dessert landscape.

Washington is host to spectacular panoramic views of mountains and waterways.  Anacortes is host to such beauty.  Simply park your vehicle and stroll about the entire town and make sure to visit Washington Park on the outskirts of Anacortes.  You can circumnavigate this breathtaking park.  Closer to Seattle is the waterfront in Kirkland.  This nature style of a walk is available from dawn to dusk, 365-days a year.  You'll stroll amongst outdoor art with majestic views of the Seattle skyline and Olympics all situated on Lake Washington.
