Oregon Coast real estate continues to soar. There's no doubt about it, the Oregon Coast is a prime opportunity for real estate investing and simply dropping anchor. Seaside is not going away, it's invited and hosted visitors since the turn of the Century and it's unlikely that will stop. It's a prime resort town as many towns are scattered along the Oregon Coast. Seaside real estate caught our interests, simply due to it's location. Apparently, location, location, location is a prerequisite before purchasing any real estate. Real estate seems plentiful at the present time. There always seems to be enough space to build yet another condo or home. There's a lot of open space too, still undeveloped, perhaps offering great opportunities. Newport is another thriving past of the Oregon Coast. It's another perfect candidate for any Oregon Coast real estate investment or place to settle. It draws tourists all year and appears to have a thriving economy. Buying real estate today along the Oregon Coast will only lock into your future. We like the entire coast, each area has it's specific benefits of resorts, rain forests, sand dues, cliffs to sand beaches. It's an open and continual invitation to visitors, thus keeping the real estate values worthwhile. From our vantage point, it's a good one for long term growth.
